Agriculture Trips!

Our Agriculture students have kicked off their studies this year with two interesting and informative trips!

Firstly, our Lower Sixth Students visited PDM as part of their Agriculture course.

PDM are the UK’s leading growers of prepared salads, and the trip was a chance to see the behind-the-scenes operation. The students were able to see the fascinating process in full, from the produce outside in the field to the packaging process taking place inside.

Secondly, our Agriculture students were hard at work whilst on their trip at Rowton Vineyard!

They had an excellent day out taking part in bringing in a vineyard harvest, and the trip was a great opportunity to learn about farm diversification.
