Under 10 and Under 11 v Terra Nova (away)

This week our Under 10 and Under 11 girls travelled to Terra Nova to play some cricket fixtures. The progression of the girls from the start of the season to now has been fantastic! Both teams showed great communication in bat and gained some excellent runs. In field we worked really hard to take a few wickets and stop some of the long balls. Both games finish with impressive wins and the girls really enjoyed the afternoon. 

Under 8 v Prestfelde

Our Under 8 cricket team had a fantastic match against Prestfelde. The team  batted brilliantly, scoring nearly 100 runs. They bowled well and were strong in field resulting in them winning the match. Well done!

Under 11 v Prestfelde

This week the Under 11s A team played against Prestfelde. It was a great game which saw some great cricket being played. The boys took their victory well.

The Under 11B and 11C lost against Prestfelde but the improvement that was made was incredible to see. 

The Under 11D team had a nail-biting game where they lost by 2 runs. 

All the boys competed well and every boy in Year 5 and 6 got another opportunity to play for Old Hall.

Under 9 A and B v Prestfelde

Despite making huge improvements with their communication and organisational skills, Prestfelde were too quick with their running and took a good victory.

The Under 9B played well in a competitive match with the team developing nicely both with the bat and ball.

They lost the game but it was close all the way.
