Eco Code Competition

We are pleased to celebrate the winning entry form our Eco Code competition, the winner was Sofia from Year 5!

The competition was set up to create Old Hall’s Eco Code.

What is an Eco Code?

An Eco Code is our mission statement. It describes what our school believes in, what we will do to make sure we are being good to the environment, and how we will work towards a sustainable future. The code could be presented in many ways, as an acrostic, a poem, a song or rap or just simple sentences.

There were lots of entries from pupils across different year groups. With help from the Eco Committee the entries were narrowed down to the top ten. All the Old Hall School staff then voted to choose our new Eco Code and Sofia’s entry received the most votes!
