Trip to the Panto!

On Thursday, Upper School made a return visit to Theatre Severn to see their infamous panto production, ‘Jack and the Beanstalk’! (oh no they didn’t!)

The show began seeing the return of Mr Grant to the ‘Drone of Love’ but was unfortunately unsuccessful for the second year running! Lots of ooos and ahhhs were heard around the theatre when the adorable cast member, Rita the puppy came onto stage and there was a lot of joining from the children when the villain of the show, Luke Backinanger, kept making appearances to ruin the day! Many an ice-cream were enjoyed during the interval and we were ready to start again, with many more laughs, hisses and boos to follow! We are really looking forward to visiting the fantastic team once again for ‘Sleeping Beauty’ in 2024 and cannot wait to experience it all over again.

Lower School also had a fantastic time at the Pantomime. They loved seeing and taking part in ‘Pirates in Treasure Island.’ Oh yes we did!
